Account and data deletion
Delete your RSRV account and associated data.
RSRV, operated by P.K. PROJECT-X VENUE-RESERVE LTD, lets users request deletion of their RSRV account and associated personal data from one place.
How to request deletion
- Open the RSRV app and go to Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account, then follow the confirmation steps.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@venue-reserve.com from the email address linked to your RSRV account.
- Include your account email or phone number and write that you want your RSRV account and associated data deleted.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account or associated data.
Timing: We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, payment, refund, chargeback, or dispute reasons.
Data deleted with your account
- Account profile data, including name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, app preferences, and notification records.
- Device binding records and saved account-switching data used to keep your account secure on your devices.
- Feedback records and support details that are not needed for legal, payment, safety, or dispute purposes.
- Social and friend-related links associated with your account, where deletion does not affect another user account.
If you have active reservations, active tickets, pending refunds, open chargebacks, or unsettled venue transactions, we may need those items to be completed, cancelled, or resolved before full account deletion can be completed.
Data we may keep after deletion
- Reservation, ticket, receipt, invoice, refund, payout, and payment records needed for accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and chargeback obligations.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and records needed to protect users, venues, and the RSRV service.
- Records that must be kept to comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, or handle regulator, payment processor, or court requests.
These retained records are kept only for the purpose that requires retention. Transaction, accounting, tax, payment, refund, and legal records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law or an active dispute. Support request records are generally retained for up to 24 months after closure unless a longer period is required for the same reasons.
